This is the sequel to the bestselling book, The Little Red Dot, published in 2005. While the first volume consisted of a collection of essays by Singapore's first- and second-generation diplomats, this second volume contains essays written by the third generation of young ambassadors. The Second Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Raymond Lim, has contributed the Foreword.
