About the Authors:

Eric Jensen is a former teacher who grew up in San Diego, California. With a Ph.D. in Human Development, he synthesizes brain research and develops practical applications for educators. He is listed among the top 30 Educators in the world at GlobalGurus.org.

Liesl spent over three years in Denmark learning and working within the Scandinavian school system, known for decades as one of the best in the world. She helped create a brand-new school, True North Efterskole, founded on the most evidence-based pedagogical principles. Liesl continues to travel to Denmark several times a year to deliver trainings to the staff, consult with the leadership team, and provide individual classroom coaching to teachers.
